Asabi Goodman
American born Australian Asabi Goodman is an award-winning vocalist and actress. She has performed around the world for various events including musicals, stage plays, weddings, and corporate functions. When not performing with First Summer, she freelances as a vocal/ acting coach and stage/ screen performer.
Keys/ Backing Vocals
Martin klinger
Martin hails from Germany where he spent over 10 years performing at weddings, birthdays and corporate events as a solo entertainer. Thriving on the dance floor energy, he can't be stopped paying back the vibe to our audience, busting out his funkiest moves from behind the keys. As the band's dedicated light and sound engineer, Martin is also passionate about delivering the perfect audio and visual mix to make your function an unforgettable party experience.

Kirril Shields
Kirril has been teaching and playing guitar for over ten years. He began learning guitar at primary school, and he has played in a number of cover bands over the years. He particularly enjoys the disco and funk played in First Summer, and he is always keen to add more ABBA to the set lists.
Drums
Mike Rollinson
Mike began playing drums seriously when he was in the UK at age 11 and from age 14 he was playing as a ‘dep’ and teaching most weekends. Mike’s high point was recording as part of a ‘pop group’ at Abbey Road studios in 1991 just before relocating to Australia.
Guitars/ Backing Vocals
Darren Daley
Darren has over 18 years experience as a gigging musician in the UK. He now works as a guitar coach and has built up a large student base, teaching both bass and guitar. He has appeared in many covers bands as well as co-writing and performing original material.
Vocals
Louise Smith
Louise has a genuine love for blended voices and performing harmonies. She is a highly accomplished lead and backing vocalist, and has studied at the Queensland Conservatorium to become a qualified singing teacher. During times when Asabi has been touring with professional stage shows, Louise has been an outstanding substitute.
